Today, she is pursuing an Executive Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Geneva. Active in research as an Impact Analyst - Responsible Leadership at CAUX Initiatives of Change, bridging academia and practice. With a academic background in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Singapore) and Business Administration (Switzerland). She combines analytical expertise with strategic vision to drive meaningful, lasting change toward a more sustainable future. Furthermore, she holds strategic roles: including Board Member at Educator’s Lab and Eiger Institute, and Advisory Member at Peregrine Global Services.
In 2025, she stepped into the role of Director of Development at Climate Bridges (formerly, SHE Changes Climate), where she focuses on strengthening the organization’s foundation to maximize impact across three core pillars: Finance, Food, and Female Leadership. In addition, as a Consultant for The Climate Reality Project, she advised on and supported the implementation of the Leadership Corps Training in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, engaging local stakeholders and reaching over 450 participants.
In 2024, she founded an independent non-profit dedicated to environmental stewardship and social inclusion, Our Impact Mongolia, where she leads as President. By honoring cultural roots, the organization designs and implements projects that promote sustainability and protect Mongolia’s future.
From 2021 to 2024, as Regional Director Romandie at MyBluePlanet, she spearheaded the creation and expansion of HUB Romandie, building it from the ground up with a team of employees and volunteers. Through strategic engagement with local communities, she led the implementation of impactful climate initiatives such as Project 3C, ClimateLab, and ClimateAction4Companies. Additionally, from 2022 to 2024, she also served as Swiss National Coordinator for The Climate Reality Project Europe. Lastly, from 2024 to 2025, she served Swiss Youth for Climate as Board Member - Partnership Lead.
From 2018 to 2021, she focused on effective communications through Digital Marketing, working with companies from diverse backgrounds across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Switzerland (Food & Beverage, Watchmaking, and Creative Industries) whilst studying in Business School Lausanne.
Her career began in 2017 in the field of education as a private tutor for lower secondary students. In this role, she addressed diverse student needs by tailoring educational resources and adapting lessons to enhance comprehension.
